Essentially, your saber won't be posted for weeks, only will be posted if you hassle the hell out the company, and deal with being gas lit by their absolutely disastrous and awful "customer service" and when the saber arrives it will have costed about £20-£25 to make - quite the markup to £100 on their cheapest ones. The speaker for the noises sucks, it says "adolf" when you plug it into charge, and doesn't seem to follow any sort of coherency when it comes to button pressing (one tap can turn it on, but then next time one tap can turn on a pulse setting, and then next time it makes it play its half garbled Star Wars quote) Pick a different company, this one is garbage.

This was my first actual lightsaber purchased and this whole experience was absolutely horrible. I had preordered their “Hope of Leia” lightsaber which comes with a neopixel blade and it’s very own case on March 10. It was originally supposed to be released on March 30th. it was pushed back and I didn’t receive it until May which I was ok with at first considering the whole pandemic. After Receiving my Lightsaber it unfortunately stop working after a few days. I had emailed Paul asking if there was a way I could get it fixed or get help so I could actually use it. I got ignored for weeks but when I finally got a response it basically was “wait and he’s busy” so I kept waiting, giving him the benefit of the doubt.” Flash forward to July 24, he finally promised to help me but that’s only because I had canceled my other order I had with them. His version of Rey’s Lightsaber from Rise of Skywalker He told me that if I send him all my stuff back to him he would get me a new replacement (I wouldn’t get reimbursed for the money Ill spend sending it back to him.) I originally give this man almost 600 dollars for two sabers; 260.00 for one that didn’t work and 300 for one that was never really talked about and kept getting pushed back (originally supposed to released May 10) and he was just reselling from a different company claiming he designed/ made it and I still had to pay more to get a functioning product. But Against my Best judgment I decided to pay sixty extra dollars to send my order back in hopes of a fast and speedy replacement. I was terribly wrong. He revived my original order on august 6 and he told me that I would receive my replacements the next week After that he began to ignore me and not responding to any of my massages. One of his “employees” decided to email me on August 25 saying she “deals with the after-sales problems” but didn’t know anything about my order or the situation. She didn’t even know he had my saber in his possession. her solution to the problem with “my saber” that I needed to charge it....when in reality it would be fully charge and still not want to activate. So clearly him and his staff aren’t on the same page because I had been emailing,texting and direct messaging him all the details and even providing pictures and videos of my lightsaber not working no matter what I did. I got an email confirmation that a label for my order was made for it September 15. After Months of waiting and dealing with this company, My replacement saber came on October 7. The Only problem was I only received the hilt. My original order was the hilt, a neopixel blade, a carrying case and a stand and I sent back all of that and he had the nerve to only send me just the hilt. He again promised I would get rest of my stuff within the week, which was another lie, it is October 23 and I still haven’t received anytime of update from him. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase anything from him. I would give this company zero stars if I could. My advice would be just to Save your money and give it to a revivable company, not one that just resells other companies products and that treats their customers correctly. *UPDATE* So after being disrespected and ignored for 7 months I finally received my complete replacement and it’s completely worse. Once again the saber doesn’t work. It does stay on for no more than a minute, the sound cuts out and no matter how long a change the battery it would say it’s dead. I spent hundreds of dollars for a lightsaber (technically two) that does not work.PLEASE STAY AWAY AND LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES

I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable product and literally any customer service. I just received my order of the neo pixel Hope of Leia lightsaber, and there are many complaints in regards to the condition in which my product arrived, as well as the customer service along the way. 1. The packaging was so poor that the end of the neopixel blade was showing out of the end of the tube. It was lucky that it hadn't fallen out entirely through the delivery process. When I asked the owner about this, he claimed that people try to steal the sabers out of the packaging, which really is a ludicrous claim. There was only a very thin sticker that wasn't even taped on properly. 2. There were no instructions provided for anything. I had to find a video of another person who posted a video (not affiliated with the company) to even figure out how to operate the light saber. 3. The blade is incredibly wobbly within the hilt. I checked everywhere online to see if I had installed the blade correctly and found that several other people who got the same lightsaber from your company had 2 more retention screw placements than mine. Mine only has a place for two retention screws while others had 4. Furthermore, the screws are already stripping from installing the blade two times. The screws provided are incredibly cheap. 4. The battery is far too tight of a fit for the charger. I cannot even get the battery in! The ends of the battery are falling off and the charger itself was delivered with a crack in it. The owner, again, blamed this on transit, but the crack looks as though a lot of pressure was put on the side, probably from a hand. 5. After waiting for 6 weeks with literally radio silence from the company, I was finally able to get a response after I left a comment expressing my dissatisfaction on one of their instagram posts after my saber arrived damaged. All I received were excuses and a threat to be banned from the instagram page for "making the company look bad." He told me that he would send me a return label for an exchange, and that never happened. All I want now is my money back. I am completely dissatisfied with the service that I have received from start to finish with this company. I have emailed more than once and reached out on social media several times regarding my order before it was delivered. I only wish I had bought on Etsy so there would be some accountability for this company. It has been almost a week since I asked for my money back both through social media and email with no response. I saved up for months for this lightsaber, and now I feel like I have been scammed.

DX sabers the "company" that the saber groups are staying away from. scam and not sending the sabers and give many excuses to why it's not sent. the fact that they're saying that they make their own saber is a scam, all of their sabers are also sold by other resellers because they have the same OEMs from china.

She works in our shen zhen office and oversees all of our engineers who make our magic happen. She and THE DARK JEDI work on the designs to make them amazing and then a reality! Now in reality, this person is not who he says she is, she is just another sales associate from Alibaba.com working for LGToys, and I even bought Neopixel Graflex a few weeks ago and she was 5 times faster and better business spoke-person than Paul, Oh did I mention that I paid 360 for a Neo Graflex with Proffie 2.2 and blade included? Oh yeah, he sells the same saber for 500 on his website. Guys save yourself some money and go to Aliexpress, you can find sabers there that are sold on Ultimate Works, The Pach Store and even Korbanth for cheaper prices.... Instead of wasting your money and time in this money hungry thief that still owes me a Neo Darth Vader Lightsaber since May 2020. Update: After 5 long months, he finally decided that he wouldn't be able to send the saber and I got a full refund on my account... Now was that so hard?? should just sent the money earlier to prevent any problems. Business Rule #1. If you can't meet the customer's end, don't make false promises. I'll be taking my business elsewhere like Crimson Dawn or RebelSabers, they ship 5 times faster than what you call "family friendly business".

If I could give a zero star I would I am not happy at all. Terrible customer service. I ordered the hope of leia saber back in July. Have not received it. I have emailed him twice asking when I will get it? No response. Maybe DXSabers will see this review and have an explation.

Scam will answer questions right up to the point he takes your money then wont respond at all. ordered a pre ordered saber with a June 30th release date. notified it was dispatched early on June 23rd gave it 5 weeks and nothing i tried contacting him for tracking number to see where it was and no contact for a week so lodged complaint with bank and received refund through them as they couldn't contact him either

Since I placed my order. I was more than happy to wait for what I hoped would be an amazing special birthday gift. turns out I've been scammed! At first customer service was great, now 3 months in and still waiting for confirmation of postage! Everytime I email about the status of my saber I get told it will be posted out withing the next 2 weeks (had the same message 4 times worded slightly differently) I will be contacting my credit card company to retrieve my money as I'm now being ignored for my refund request. AVOID! Save you money for a seller who actually cares about customer service and sending out an actual product!!
