Left my daughter broken hearted and took her grandparents money. Kept fobbing her off with fake claims the product was with UPS but it obviously wasn’t. 100% a scam stay away from these vile people.

As other people are saying,DX Sabers is truly a scam!!!I have been trying email,phone,and messenger with no real response.The only messenger conversation with Paul,he got offended when I called his company a scam and promised to make contact during business hours,but still nothing.Have not received the order,refund,only an order confirmation.Don't place an order,as you will be losing your money!!!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order Dec. 6th 2020. It is now February 26th 2021. To shut me up, they sent me tracking information only to not actually ship it. I have now requested a full refund.

Bought a saber in late December and now in February still no product in hand. Spent months trying to get information from the company and only TODAY do they finally process my refund even after saying they were doing so on 2/17/21... This company isnt worth the time or money.

Do not do business with this company! I repeat, do not do business with this company! I have never come across an online company that was so unprofessional and dysfunctional. Lies upon lies. The owner, Paul, reached out to me about a couple of times and either didn't have any idea where my order was and lied or he knew and lied. I was told my 2 sabers were shipped and they never were. I was provided a shipping label that was never picked up by UPS or never dropped off at UPS. I have all my information saved so trust me when I tell you that this is all true. I went through Etsy and I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I should have listened and not gone through with doing business with them. As of today, February 10th, DXSABERS has been removed from Etsy and the name has been changed to DXSABERZ. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration and anxiety that comes with doing business with this wretched company. Paul, if you try and blast me on here with more of your lies, just know I have everything saved and can provide proof of all that went down. Have the courtesy of apologizing and admitting you handled this with no professionalism at all. I feel sorry for anyone who has been bamboozled or is currently being bamboozled by this guy. Heed my warning. Stay away. Stay far away.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! refuses to answer emails, blocked me from their Facebook page in case I caused damage to their business because I had concerns about ever receiving the saber my son saved up for. Still not replying to emails, if you call them the message tells you to send them an email... pointless when they don’t respond! Absolute scam!!!!!

Absolute unmistakable horrific experience buying from dxsabers. I originally purchased the skywalker returns saber for $199.99 with (lifetime repairs) guaranteed. After receiving the item i found it was not assembled correctly. Screw holes didnt line up with the set screws and the saber also did not even work. After messaging Paul he just says no problem. No info on how the issue is going to be resolved at all. Do i send it back? Does he even want it back? Do i have to pay shipping to send it back? If not is he sending a shipping label? Nothing from paul. I gave him a bad rating and a bad review, then he contacts me with an obnoxious email saying putting in a bad review is not the way to get good customer service from him. Remember this is after he ignores me when i messaged him first to fix the problem. Apparantly paying paul for an item that works is asking too much. Then he goes on to demand me to remove my negative review or he wont do anything to fix the issue. I told him no way i was removing the review until he stepped up to fix this issue. He had my $200 and i have his inoperable item and bad customer service in return. Then he says if i return the item he will replace it or fix it. I asked multiple times if he was going to send a shipping label and i was ignored. So i eventually after a couple weeks of waiting to here from him i just paid shipping and insurance to send it back. I made sure to pay for insurance in the case he tries to pull more bs and say he never got the item back. He never pays me for the return shipping of course. I message him to let him know its on its way back to him. He says he will fix or replace it but then i just get ignored for several more weeks. I continue messaging paul for updates. He just says its being repaired so be patient. I ask for a refund a couple if times. I get ignored. Finally after a couple of months i end up starting a case with paypal to get my money back. Paypal investigated my claim as well as my emails and pauls emails he sent me and the proof i sent the item back.Took paypal awhile but they did a great job and they came to the same conclusion i did about paul and dx sabers. Paypal refunded my money (thank you paypal). Dx sabers in my opinion is a complete rip off. Paul has terrible customer service skills and gets emotional with his customers that he screws over. Be very careful to stay away from Paul and dx sabers. You are taking a big risk with your money if you buy anything from them. You might get lucky and get an item that works but if not, forget about getting your money back or even a response from paul unless you put in a bad review. Then he will message you right away telling you how its somehow your problem he sells garbage and rips you off. I gave Paul many,many,many chances to do the right thing but he did not and does not care about anything other than taking your money and taking you for a ride. After paying $199.99 I get an item that doesnt work, then i end up spending the next 5 months trying to get a refund and also lose $23 shipping his crap back. Hopefully this information will save potential customers from losing their money to Paul and dxsabers. You can find very similar items from much more reputable sellers. Please dont get scammed and waist months of your time trying to get your money back from dxsabers.
