Honestly just shut this company down they keep lying to there customers and don't know what respect is, be more nicer and maybe people would acknowledge your company as "good"

Dxsabers is a known scammer that resells the cheap lightsabers and markets them at a higher price and if you say anything negative he'll block you and remove your comment (trust me its happened to me more than once) I could go on and on about all the bad stuff that this company does but I won't go into too much detail what I will say is that what he does is set up a giveaway then makes the entry so you have to leave a good review on trustpilot and Google. This is manipulation of the fair review systems which is illegal. Once again do not buy from dxsabers this guy must be stopped.

notice how alot of his "positive" reviews are multiple from the same person? thst's because he told people to leave multiple reviews in order to be eligible for a giveaway. he also demands people report negative reviews to boost his score on trustpilot

Got my son one of these for Christmas after 1 month it has stopped charging. He's not even used it as we have been in lockdown. Contacted them on fb no response. Contacted them on email nothing. If you think you are getting a quality item for the money you're not. If you think they will care about you they don't even though the website says they do. Just avoid and go to a reputable company it will stop your kids being dissapointed.

I ordered Luke’s lightsaber on December 27,2020 and I haven’t received my order ever since. I’ve contacted them multiple times and the first reply back said that I had to wait 2-6. After the 6 weeks mark, I didn’t get any tracking information so I contacted them again and they never replied. I emailed them a few more times and still didn’t get anything. I decided to comment on their Instagram page and I finally got a reply back saying to check the status of my saber and after I was left on seen. A couple of days go by and I email them asking for a refund but they never reply back. I messaged them on Instagram asking for a refund and they said that I need to return the saber in order to get my money back. But I never received the saber! Then they say that I’ll receive it within the next 2 weeks, so let’s hope that’s actually true. On top of that, they’re doing a giveaway and the only way to enter is to leave a good review and report any reviews that say it’s a scam. They’re claiming that their supplier “sabotaged” their order. Looks like excuses to me. Don’t order from this place.

I’ve never bought a neopixel lightsaber before and as my first experience even dipping into it I have to say my experience was very disappointing. I bought one of the pre-order options listed on the DX Etsy page in early December, at which point I admit I received amazing communication from the owner. He answered all my questions in a timely matter and really made me feel great about the purchase. At the time I had found more then a few positive reviews about DX sabers and more then a few videos regarding his product. It is now March 2nd and I have yet to see my lightsaber. They had marked it as shipped on the 25th of January with no tracking information. At first I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and just assumed it was forgotten. Now over a month later I realize that wasn’t the case. Their Etsy page has been closed and from what I’ve heard it was banned by Etsy itself. I’ve had to file a dispute with both Etsy and PayPal because every email I have sent has gone unanswered. It’s been a very disappointing experience.
