STAY FAR AWAY! I genuinely want to understand who is happy with this company and gets the product they are promised. Rumors that they pad their reviews with bogus positive feedback is all over Reddit, among other places. I left a comment on Instagram and was blocked (and I’m sure deleted) because he doesn’t want people to know the truth. We were quoted up to 6 weeks for delivery... and every time we would email they would say it was coming soon without ever arriving. When my husband asked for a refund we stopped hearing from them. This lack of response and non-delivery of product seems to be a pattern. Do your homework and know that although their prices may be touted as cheaper - it’s not a bonus if you don’t actually receive the product or the one that is promised. Whoever is managing this company has been reported to erase negative comments and reviews on their company site (pretty obvious considering there are NO negative reviews on their site, but many on other reviews platforms) - which is very misleading to unknowing buyers. Look at Reddit... look at Facebook. Look at other reviews and don’t be fooled by this sad story that they are being sabotaged. I had to file a complaint with my bank (and thank god my son got all his money back). People like this RUIN decent small companies who have integrity and good business practices... don’t enable a company like this with your support. Go anywhere else but this place... or just know you may be out your money and never receive anything. My son ordered last year and received nothing for months with just responses by the company that it was on its way “soon”. Soon never happened - but they sure didn’t wait to cash in on that payment. He’s buying from a legit company and we are good now - but I just hate to see someone else lose their money or have to go through all this.

Scam site. No replies no goods.

If there was a possible NEGATIVE NUMBER for these star ratings, I would give it. This company is the WORST. STAY AWAY FROM DX!

Please be careful when ordering from this guy. Bought a saber for my son And still have not received. After over a month of excuses there is zero communication and still haven’t received my order. Very frustrated.

I’ll keep this short and to the point. I do not recommend you buy from here at all. It has been 3 months since I ordered my saber and I have been told every so often that it will arrive in a few weeks. I wait, then nothing. I spam his Instagram and get a reply similar to “I didn’t see this message” after spamming many. Then, I am left on read and try to contact again when I am met with “please be patient I am helping other people” when a simple question of “when will my lightsaber arrive” was asked. Take your money elsewhere and don’t get scammed,

Terrible company bad customer service,gives up on customers that need the most help with there order. I bought a saber on new years called the radiant Rogue,Its a double bladed lightsaber that comes with two hilts and two blades and a connector to put the hilts togther to make it double bladed.I got my order in march though It felt like I had to fight with the company to get my saber. When I got my order I saw that my order was not completed I got only one hilt with a blade,and a broken hilt with out a blade,and no connector. I contacted the company about the issue and if they can ship out the rest of my order and no response. So yes all these bad reviews about this company are true not lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my saber back in December. Nothing. I attempted to contact them and actually got a response in January saying that it would take longer than the promised 2-6 weeks. I was fine with this. Fast-forward to Late February and I had still not received any shipping notice, all while the company was beginning to get exposed for some of it's shady business practices. I attempted to contact the company again about my shipping, to receive no response. I even attempted to contact them on their social media platforms (which were listed as open for DMs). It has been six weeks without response. Not to mention the company promising free merchandise to people who would leave positive reviews on their trust pilot. People who, mind you, didn't actually use the company before leaving the review... Overall I felt really sketched out the whole time, there are some people with far greater horror stories but yeah, do not use.

Absolutely unprofessional! Went to set location after messaging about picking up a saber from the store. Received a message from store owner saying there is local pick up. Was not a store of his own!!!!!!!(Location was set to the ups store he sends his them out to) The UPS gave his address, went to his location to try to purchase a saber. There was no answer. I drove over an hour an I've sent multiple messages & email before, during, and after leaving his residence and still have not received a reply. A friend of mine messaged him inquiring about a saber aswell and he answered them while completely ignoring my request. If you can find a cheaper option online, I would just do so because he personally does not make them, and just buys them cheaper overseas and bumps the price up a bit. I personally would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
