After months of emails I have yet to receive a reply - despite DX Saber's social medias making daily updates for new products (or ranting about the "haters"?). I contacted their Instagram and Twitter pages with no reply. They blocked me after I left a short message on a Twitter post. They finally sent me a rather scathing dm on twitter accusing me of being part of the "Anti-Gay Saber Community" and a "Hater". I just wanted an update on the products I paid for. I later found out DX Sabers is well known in the Saber Community for being fraudulent and using stolen pictures and products as advertisement. From my personal contact with the owner (and perhaps only employee) of DX Sabers, I can confirm he is not what I would describe as entirely sane, nor should he be operating a company in any capacity. Its been 11 weeks and I do not think they are going to make the 6 week delivery guarantee. Avoid at all costs.

It’s been 10 weeks since I ordered. Asked multiple times for the item. Then asked for a refund. Refused. Told them I’d contact my bank. They then said I wasn’t their problem anymore. And now are still telling me I’ll get it in the month. Do not buy from here.

Terrible customer service! Never have I ever been lied to before, accused of paranoia and being rude to the company... I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for years already, so trust me when I say this, that what I have experienced, is beyond any worldwide standards. My order was delayed (that's okay), promissed to be compensated for that, of course was not. I have screetshots of the whole conversations with them. I will never buy from them again, and will advise to my friends the same. Pitty, the lightsaber I've bought, reselled from China or not, is pretty good.

Scam all there is to it

I purchased a saber originally in early november with a guarentee of arrival by christmas. It came in mid to late january. It came broken and with no charger.... For the past 6 months ive been trying to reach out to them in order to have the item and then they blocked me.... they literally suck and I will take them to court over this.

Order before Christmas now May, nothing delivered no reply to several emails. Do not risk buying from this company.

It absolutely sucks.I ordered before Christmas and we still have not gotten it.It says some weeks to arrive but it takes months if not years.

Would give a zero if I could. We have been dealing with this company for about 5 months now. We ordered in January. It is now May and still have not received our product or the requested refund. Originally, we ordered a saber off of Amazon. The wait time for that saber was abt a two months. We found DX Sabers and their wait time was supposed to be a little shorter than the original so we cancelled our Amazon order and purchased from DX Sabers. After 4 and a half months of not receiving our saber, we decided to purchase the one from Amazon and have already received it. Honestly, purchasing from DX Saber was a terrible decision on our part. Paul, the "owner" of this "business" either has no idea what he is doing, or is scamming the hell out of people. He has been recorded to blame customers and vendors for his terrible customer service saying they are "sabotaging" him. I just cant imagine that this is the case. Especially since my experience with this company has been so lack luster. When I requested a refund he said that we would have to receive the product and then send it back. This makes absolutely no sense. As a successful small business owner, I can say that the headache of working with this company is not worth the product. Just buy off of amazon or find a reputable company to purchase from. The product I received from amazon was gorgeous and worked perfectly with only a weeks wait.
