I hate to see that people are still getting full on scammed by Paul even years later. I bought a Revan saber for $500 back in 2021 that I never got. Instead, I received a completely random base hilt, with a used, beaten, and broken module and blade almost 8 months after my order. Had to find and pay someone else $100 to fix because he blocked me on instagram, blocked my email, and blocked my phone number instead of refunding the order or taking any level of accountability. I’m not sure what goes on in this guys head, or lack thereof, but he’s a sick business owner and belongs in jail. All “good” reviews are fabricated entirely, and it’s known throughout the saber community how twisted this guy is. I’m not naturally petty, but I’m petty enough to throw in my 2 cents of experience if it means saving a SW fan from throwing money aimlessly at this sick, sad, and sorry turd of a man.

The items i received was damaged and return to be replace, and neo plex sader. They received in Nov, and then i will have it out to you soon , one week, two, three, a month then two months. Nothing, then I tried to get a refund in Dec 2024 and was told no, Jan tried again, then Feb even the Attorney General was not helpful with them. They made False claims to the AG, then tried to give me a 100 dollar saber as a replacement for a 300, tell the AG neo pexil was 400 now, thou my receipt clearly said neo pexil. Then they tried to charge me a restock few once i return the so call replacement one that have compound or corrosion on it that damage the over all look. Then nothing.

This guy Paul is full of it. He lies and blames everyone else for all of his problems. Don't Buy From them. You might never get your saber, or you'll get one that's busted or a cheap copy.

On June 7,2025 my daughter purchased 2 lightsabers from DX Sabers at RI Anime Con. Paul, the owner of the company, had her order them online, claiming he didn't have them in stock at the show. He promised her delivery in 8 business days. After the 8 business days passed without her order even shipping, I contacted them on June 17th. I was assured her purchase would ship the next day. On June 18th, a shipping label was created for the order, but was not delivered to UPS. After 2 days of the package not showing as delivered to UPS, Paul claimed that severe weather had knocked out power to the region, but he assured me that UPS had the package and would provide an update within 48 hours. After another 2 days of no contact, I messaged Paul and asked if he thought I should just file a complaint with the states Attorney General. That was at 1:45 pm on June 26th. At that point, I received an email from "Emma", who I believe is a character Paul made up to act as if he has "escalated" The issue. I told her to just refund my daughter her money. She refused. 45 minutes later, UPS received a package using the label created on the 18th. This was the same label Paul swore had been shipped 8 days earlier. That package somehow got lost in transit. When I asked "Emma" to file a claim and issue the refund, she claimed that UPS told her that there was another severe weather delay. I called UPS immediately and was told the package was lost and DX could file a claim online. I told "Emma" this, and she claimed it wouldn't go through online, and nobody at UPS knew how to help her. I went online and filed a claim in 2 minutes. Still no refund. Still no merchandise.

Placed an order November 2021. No shipping updates until October 2022 simply showing a label was created. Sent emails in 2023 requesting an update. Was strung along with emails stating the items will be shipped tomorrow or next month etc. This type of correspondence continued through 2024 with no changes in shipping status and no products received. Sent an email in January 2025 requesting a refund. Received an email in February saying they will not refund my purchase as it has been over a year. I have received no further responses from the company. I just want my money back at this point. Beyond disappointed with this company.

The lightsaber was never sent and when you send messages they say that the messages were in spam. Forced to open a PayPal complaint to get an answer where they continue to make fun of you. I'm waiting for a refund.

Don’t put your faith in these people, if you send your sabers in, you’ll stop receiving support messages and now you’ve just lost your sabers. Terrible and greedy business practice and extreme lack of customer care, these people only care about money not the community.

Would give zero or negative if i could. I order a 300 saber from them, saber look amazing, but upon arrival and trying it iut found it was was not completely tighten. During checking i felt the handle twist and a felt like some inside pop. Took the section off and found the battery connector got damage due to it not being tight. Contacted after several emails got a return label and was told it be exchanged quickly. Time table, bought i. Sept, did not receive till Late Oct, returned in Nov, and yet to get a refund or a replacement and now we are in 2025. Customer service just keeps saying we have it out by the end of the week, think i am up to ten messge like that so far.
