I ordered from this scam artist not knowing their reputation. I quickly found out after weeks went by without any updates, I did some researching and found that they are a well known scammer of the lightsaber community. They occasionally provide cheaply made sabers, I say “occasionally provide” because from what I’ve read, about 90% of people don’t ever receive their order, and not shipping peoples items isn’t considered selling, it’s actually considered theft. So, basically the sabers they do ship are half broken or so cheap they will soon break on you. They will flat out lie to you, so you don’t contest the transaction, which you should do immediately if you made the mistake of buying from them. Call your CC bank and file a fraud claim. The owner Paul is a well known swindler and his liar wife Brianne and His son Alexander Micheal, runs defense for him via “customer service”. They will tell you everything under the sun to keep your money in their pockets. Do not listen to their lies!!!!!! They prey on gullibility and the uninformed. I should know, I was someone they scammed. They bribe people who give 5 star feedback with free garbage. Look at all the feedback here. Either 5 stars or 1 star. Isn’t it curious that is so extremely divided? No 2, 3 or 4 stars? That alone it a tell that they fake their reviews. Lol, until Paul reads this and begs or bribes people or just makes fake accounts to leave less conspicuous feedback. This tool needs to be held accountable for the theft of, literally hundreds of people.

I would give less than one star if i could, my order was placed on September 24th, 2021. Ive contacted the customer service multiple times asking about updates on shipping or anything. Ive been told that I would receive shipping info the next week, a week rolls by and nothing, they have refused to give me a refund stating that the money I’ve given them is used to manufacture the lightsaber and that because they are made to order the money has been used for that purpose. Yet here i am 6 months later, I don’t have my money or the lightsaber they say it was used to build. WTH?!

I ordered my saber Jan 6th 2021, and about a week later I began to see backlash directed towards them. I gave DX the benefit of the doubt since I knew someone who endorsed them. I grew worried about my order as the months passed and I wasn't receiving any updates on my order. I emailed Brianne many times and I'd say her customer service was the only redeemable thing about my DX Sabers experience. She was reassuring and kept me updated on my order, and offered to upgrade my saber for free when my order was delayed. Finally, over a year later, I received my saber. It was absolute junk. My Dad tried to fix it for me, eventually opening up the saber hilt to look inside. The wiring was crap. The circuit board wasn't even attached in place. Electrical tape was carelessly placed holding down some wires. We didn't tamper with it, deciding it was a lost cause. I emailed asking for a refund. They told me no, because in the terms and conditions it states you are not eligible for a refund if the saber is dismantled. I understand this, but I still feel as if I'm yet another victim of scam at the hands of DX. You have to tamper with the saber in order to assemble it. How else would I know that the saber was broken if I hadn't put it together in the first place? I only lost about $90, but I'm still very disappointed in my experience. I waited over a year for something I have always wanted, and I was let down. I wish the company the best, I hope that those in charge actually learn how to run a business properly so they aren't battered with negative reviews everyday. Again I want to give a shoutout to Brianne for being helpful and understanding throughout this year-long process.

I have waited for my saber for almost two years now and every time I email customer service they keep pushing it back another week another week oh it’ll be at the end of the month I it’ll be here next month it’ll be here next week oh next week for two years now I’ve asked for a refund multiple times had them say yeah we will give you your refund but you have to send your saber back I never got it so I never got my refund and I’m still trying to get my refund

They deleted their Google reviews cause of all the negative comments they received. This is A HIGE SCAM the positive review are the lucky few that actually got something from them but I promise you there is so many more out there that have been silence by these frauds. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!

Terrible customer service. Good light sabers if you ever get them. I ordered three. After 9 months, and a ton of emailing back and forth, we still only had two light sabers. They were great, albeit months later than they were promised. Customer service kept making promises that they did not keep. I kept being told that they would get it to me in a few weeks. I was given many excuses, where they told me that someone was sabotaging their business. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 9 months. When I finally started asking for my money back, the emails turned nasty and aggressive. Finally had to get my credit card company involved in order to get the money back from the light saber that never came. The two lightsabers I received were very cool and fun, but it was a nightmare to deal with the customer service.

Do NOT buy from this company! They are scammers! I accidentally ordered a empty Leia hilt from them and was told to ship it back to them so they can install a neo-pixel core inside and that was back in Feb 2021 and I have heard barely anything back about my hilt since.I have now learned so many people have been scammed from DX Sabers and it is completely ridiculous! There are way better lightsaber companies out there to order from.

Go see my review from April 2021. Crazy, it’s been almost 2 years since I had $760 stolen by this “company”.
