Literal garbage. Ordered the Ahsoka sabers set and the install was so shoddy. After months of being told they will be shipped by end of the month and no sabers, I was so excited to finally get them. But they barely function. Incredibly disappointing. Do not do business with this company. Complete scam.

Not to mention the shipping time is horrible, which I can get by, but the customer service is horrific. I ordered 2 sabers, both broke down and stopped working out of nowhere. Sent them in for repairs in July 2021. It's now mid June 2022 and still haven't received them back. They told me they would arrive in May, it's now mid June. Haven't heard anything back despite multiple emails asking for updates. Do not buy from here. Sure, the prices are great and the quality of the sabers are actually pretty good, but the customer service experience I've received is the worst I've ever encountered with any company I've bought stuff from. STAY AWAY.

Final Edit 1/1/2023 : Luckily my credit card took my dispute and ruled in my favor, so I got most of my money back. I only disputed PART of my charges because I felt it only correct to dispute what I felt what I got was worth. Only decent humans would do that. That being said, I still would stay as far away from this company as possible. Poor business practices, and many promises made with none of them being kept. The only reason to buy from them, is if you don't mind losing your money. EDIT : Updating this review. After purchasing one via their website, getting the light saber that didn't match the pictures, was told the missing pieces would be shipped "next week" for over a month, was told the promos and other items would be shipped "next week" multiple times that it became a broken record. Realize that this guy is scamming people. He will get a few people sabers at a con, bug them to come here and write a positive review, and then ignore those that order online, or if he does deliver, it's a product that is much lower quality, may not match the pictures, and as someone who HAS taken them apart....a fire hazard inside due to poor electrical construction. I regret purchasing from him, and trusting his word over the many reviews and claims online. Claims those people are just haters, or 'have issues at home', or any one of many reasons to make him seem like he's being wronged.....Do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and believe what others say. Original Review Below : Met them at Thygeekdom con. Purchased both a neopixel saber and a mystery box on the spot. They had to actually go back to their shop, nearby, and he upgraded the hilt I wanted with a neopixel setup. That being said, the neopixel saber is fantastic. The smoothness of it, everything about it is fantastic. I love the effects, and everything about it. I'm concerned about durability, but this saber is more a prop for costumes than it is one for play. The mystery box I bought was a RGB lit saber, and while I did have some minor issues out of the box, it was easily remedied with some email support. While the email support wasn't immediate responses, I didn't have to wait longer than 48 hours for any response during the normal work week.

I ordered my saber (order #859) over 6 months ago, while customer service are always polite they are over all completely unhelpful and I have still not received my saber and have been told they are not giving out refunds, only store credit, which for obvious reason I do not want. Do not buy from this company, they cannot be trusted.

Ordered a $350 saber for my son in November 2020. 18 months later and have received nothing. I have dozens of emails with them filled with lie after lie about how they had to move their production back to the US and my saber will ship next week. They have even sent me two fake UPS tracking numbers. I asked for a refund and they just replied that they are broke and can't afford to refund money. They are the epitome of the term scammers. I have never written a review in my life but I took the time to write this one because they scammed my son out of the money he earned himself. Do not give these horrible liars your money.

I purchased my Saver in 2021 for a birthday gift for my son. After 6 months of going back n forth they said they would send me accessories n what not, n after 12 months of going back n forth it was only promises. Never received my saver, and lost 350$ as it was too late to do a claim. Till this moment I haven’t received n we r in April 2022! DONT BUY, scam

Absolute scam, don't buy from these guys. After reading all the bad reviews, I was worried my saber was never going to arrive (ordered in November), I still haven't got it. It got my money back through the creditcard company, DX sabers started sending me emails saying that I would get my saber if I payed additional shipping costs (3 months after the order). Please don't let these guys scam you for your money.
