Great customer service

It was a ruff start at the beginning, but the customer service was very good. I called and explained that I had not received any leads and it had been two months, then I started getting leads but not good quality. We talked again and so far I have got a lead that turned into a listing, the agreement has been signed and it is a home in Port St lucie with a new metal roof and I will be listing it for $330,000 and I charged 5% commission 2.5% to buyers agent and 2.5% for listing agent. I just received another lead for 3 parcels of land that are the last in a built community with underground work completed. So although it was a ruff beginning, I have to say they listen and work with you to improve so I am happy with that and that is why I feel they deserve 5 stars.

Dwelio: simple, quality lead-gen at a reasonable price
The team at Dwelio have provided a first rate experience since day one. Their sales process is far more human than the vast majority of lead-gen companies, and they make onboarding very easy and simple. Real estate lead gen is a complicated and difficult thing - both for the lead providers, and the recipients. I’m pleased with my decision to utilize Dwelio’s service, and I’m confident that my investment there will pay off well.

Good Leads
I was initially unsure if this company was legitimate but I’ve since received viable leads that have proven their value. My account rep Levi, has been consistently professional and responsive which has made the experience much easier.

Good, bonafide leads
So far, so good. I am receiving some good leads and am currently working with the referrals I got. Haven't made it to the closing table yet, but we're getting close. Dwelio is a great resource for leads and the teams are very responsive to my calls or emails.

Working with Dwelio has been a good experince. Good communction process when receiving leads. Easy to give updates. Dwelio is more engaged with leads to increase the possiblity of a successful converstion than other aggregators i've worked with in the past.
