Shoes are running a size smaller
I have ordered four pair of shoes from Dwarves. All size 7. Only boots seems working good for me. I had to return two other pairs due to they were too small. And the company does not make the return process easy. I had to pay shipping plus another $28, so it is a headache. The last pair I still have and wear now and again in hopes they will give in since it is a genuine leather. Besides you have to be ready to wait for delivery for more than a month. Sometimes Dwarves don't have shoes they list and they have to make them from scratch. So, I will think twice before I order another pair

Good quality boot!
Good quality boot, very soft like many report, but I’d size a half up though. I wear a size 7 and it was too tight at tip of the toes . Still a great quality boot, I’ll just size up next time.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 19th…
I ordered a pair of shoes on 19th April. I did not hear anything for nearly 3 weeks until I emailed them for an update. They then said the shoes will be shipped the following week. They were not shipped. I then asked for a further update and a refund. They said the shoes again will be shipped out the following week. They were eventually shipped out on 19th May over 4 weeks since placing the order. Then they said it will be another 10 - 15 days to receive the order. It is 26th May and still no shoes. Avoid this company.

Unfortunately, during the production process, one of our leather suppliers experienced an unexpected delay in delivering materials. Because our shoes are handmade and quality is extremely important to us, production took longer than originally estimated. That said, we fully acknowledge that we did not communicate these delays clearly or proactively enough throughout the process, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. I love the shoes!
I love the shoes! Very comfortable and unique. It took a long time to get but once I contacted customer support it seemed to speed up. I love the look of handmade shoes!

Tina at Dwarves shoes helped me…
Tina at Dwarves shoes helped me immensely. She made sure that I received the right pair of boots after having been sent the wrong pair. They fit great and I am very happy with the quality of the lace lined boots, and the fit is perfect. I would highly recommend Dwarves shoes.

Beautiful shoes
Customer service via email was very quick and helpful. Shoes are well constructed and the color on the website matches with the shoes I ordered. Size is true to the size listed. Very happy customer and definitely I will order again from this company.
