Terrible customer service, says 30 day returns but have to email them for return they answer twice offer v other options and then stop answering. Clothes are cheaply made, do not fall for this scam

Terrible. Clothes were poorly made, clothes advertised as cotton were jst cheap acrylic and had huge advertising for DUVAL on the back. No response to my emails asking to return goods.

I really wish I would have seen this before I purchased anything from this company. First, it took me 3 weeks to receive the clothing I ordered. Then once received, it was not the size or quality I expected. I reached out to customer service for a refund and have gotten no response.

A fuire Le matière n est pas celle que vous pouvez voir avec le mannequin tatoué de la publicité. La matière est celle des maillots de foot et forcément la coupe est flottante donc pas moulante. J ai cru apercevoir une nouvelle pub avec des mannequins a deux balle et la nous voyons bien la réalité de la marchandise

How does a company like this stay open. It’s my fault and should have looked here first and did my due diligence. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No responses. Gave me wrong size and so t honor their mistake. They simply don’t care and I’m going to report it to my credit card company how they are a FRAUD and SCAMMERS. If I could give them a ZERO, I would….Save yourself!!!!

Commande passée, jamais reçu. J'arrive plus à les contacter. Ils ne m'ont pas remboursé, je fais le signalement à la DGCCRF. C'est une arnaque pure et simple. J'ai dépensé plus de 200€, commande #66937.

They are a scam. I ordered from them never got a tracking or confirmation of the order or received the order I reached out to claim order they sent emails they will get in contact and never did. Reporting to my bank as fraud do not waste your money.
