Keep away Bought 2 weeks ago and they my items have not left the warehouse They charge from your creditcard right away but item still at Were House . Will ask visa to refund me now

Do Not Trust This Company. Terrible service, Terrible quality, No refund support. Bought an item online to be worn at a friends birthday party - Said item was in stock, ordered it and was told 7 days later that they had made a mistake and stock was not available - I was advised it would be another weeks or so until stock arrived - By the time it was dispatched my friends birthday was over - I tried to stop the dispatch and was told it was too late and once received I could arrange for a return/refund - I had to pay the return cost myself as I am an International customer ($20) Australian Dollars for an item that cost me $50 Australian dollars - I provided all of the tracking information and could see that it has arrived back t shipper - All follow up emails seeking information about my refund have been ignored!! The Company says - "That that they are not happy unless your happy" This is so fake and they simply do not care about anyone that purchases from their site. Please use this as a warning to stay clear of Duval.

Way too small ! Plus I’ve tried to return and have not received refund for over a month! Don’t answer emails or have a phone number! DO NOT BUY.

Return an email. First off. Here is why, because you seem like you are just scamming, when you don't. Honestly, I have not received my merchandise yet. I am feeling like I got scammed. I can give it another week, then I have to tell Facebook, paypal, and my bank.

The quality of the clothing was ok for the price in my opinion, but the sizing is way off. I've contacted them 4 times via email and chat to request an EXCHANGE, not a refund. NO REPLY. From the other reviews, I'm not the first. Scam company, avoid at all costs.

I have not received a piece of clothing yet

They say they aim to reply within 48 hours, this is a lie. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a reply (as of second july 2024). Sent them multiple emails, with no reply. Don't buy your clothes from Duval, especially if you might return them. The worst company I've dealt with.
