I am unable to return outfits that do not fit. I have sent dozens of emails which are never answered. None of their listed phone numbers work.

i got the shirts from them since a week now. no replies to my emails. i wanted to have a refund. it looks like they are ignoring me on purpose

Luxury Cotton Blend? More like cheap costume material. I opened the package and my kids laughed asking why i bought a halloween costume. I tried to return it within 5 minutes of the item arriving, all emails ignored or flagged as a virus if using the words refund or return. They appear to be a scam and i hope PayPal refund.

This company should be flat out flagged as a scam. They will not refund you if you purchase from them. They will prolong the process to throw you outside the refund policy by ignoring you.The material is the equivalent to dollar store table mat material and the sizes are incredibly too small. The fact I gave these wankers a shot is crazy definitely just sticking to amazon from now on. I know for a fact the people who left 5 star reviews are insiders to help this boogus company out.

Worst company ever!! Never received my item. The company won’t respond. The number on the website hangs right up when you try to call. Their tracking system doesn’t work. This was supposed to be a company located in the United States and it was shipped form somewhere in China which never got to me . They are literally taking money and giving nothing for it. They should be jailed!!

It’s the first and last time I will ever order anything from them it’s been a month and I still waiting for my order and there tracking system is terrible TRULY buyer be ware promise you will be disappointed

Terribly disappointed, It is cheap material, the zip is bad the shorts are shocking. If you buy their clothing and wear it expect people to laugh at you, chavy as shit, the sizes are worked out for midgets. Just wish I had come here first before ordering.
