2 months have went by I follow the return policy because the denim jacket I order runs small so I sent it back and ask for a XL It’s been 2 month since I sent it back and no one has reach out to me . No one hasn’t even reimbursed me. This company hasn’t no customer service can’t even speak to anyone directly they are horrible I’m so upset I just lost $50 plus the shipping money I spent to send it back !

Website described luxury quality polo suits far from the truth. This is a cheap costume. Very thin material no quality, size that’s not match and refuse to get refund as the website described. If you’re unhappy refund will be issued reached out to the company receive an automatic email stating they will look into this. Haven’t heard anything from this company since I requested a refund and return this fake polo outfit, haven’t received refund or a real response. This is a scam. Beware do not order anything from this company. I continue to receive promotional emails, but nothing about my refund. The website, ensure you if unhappy, they will refund your money. Prior to receiving my order I got updates on my order. When asked for a refund there’s just silence.

I read the company's background information and considered it a noble cause. Additionally, the clothing advertised on the site matched my desired style. Unfortunately, the clothing finally arrived and the appearance was not the clothing in the advertisements. The material of the clothing was very similar or identical to the material of "Halloween" costumes. It is transparent and paper like. I shall attempt to contact someone but I'm sure this is a normal complaint and they shall ignore my complaint. Please, stay away from this company. The clothing and marketing is a scam!

Do not buy. The clothes feel and look very cheap and poor quality. The shorts do not come with a drawstring and only have elastic built in to half the waist. I’m trying to return but they are not responding.
