Ich erhalte von diesem Shop eine wahre Flut von Newslettern, die ich nicht abonniert habe. Der Button „Abbestellen“ ist tot bzw. verlinkt zu dubiosen Seiten. Denn seither bekomme ich noch mehr Spam und eine Menge Phishing von allen möglichen Quellen. Habe dann den Support angeschrieben, man möge mich aus den Mailinglisten nehmen. Da schreibt man dann mit einer KI, die sich ständig im Kreis dreht. Unmöglich! Dabei habe ich bei dem Shop nicht einmal ein Kundenkonto

Ich verstehe diese guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Ich habe nur Schwierigkeiten mit dieser Firma wegen schlechter Ware. (und das nicht das erste Mal). Von wegen 100%-Geld-zurück-Garantie!!!. Davon ist nicht die Rede. Man wird dort für dumm verkauft und absolut nicht kundenfreundlich. An besten nichts bestellen bei denen!!!!!

Horrible, incompetent customer service. They offer free shipping and 20% off if you sign up with both email and texts. Then they send a coupon code for 10% off and free shipping. Then the chat agent tells me I´m wrong and they can´t offer both. WTH? I´m glad that happened because it brought me here and after reading these reviews I´ll be ordering elsewhere.

This is the WORST experience I ever had with a company, DO NOT BUY from them, and take my word, I am a flower farmer and have bought from all of the companies. I am taking the time to write this review because I feel frustrated, as I have been robbed and deceived by this company. I bought almost 600$ of dahlia bulbs and ALL arrived rotten. I sent them the documentation and they said they where going to refund me the money. Its been 4 months, After more than 10 hours of calling, writing, they always come up with excuses. " We issued the check but it did not arrive" " Now we need to wait so finance department voids the check" " You have to wait 7 to 21 days to see if another check arrives"... all CRAP. I still havent got my money back and I am losing so much energy with their incompetence, as no one seems to really try to make it right. It seems as they are not only a mess, but a SCAM. Be aware and buy from other companies as Longfield Gardens, Ball, American Meadows, Eden Brothers, which really hold their word, send quality plants and are serious and transparent.
