KEEP CLEAR
Received item that looked such poor Quality that I immediately returned it to given Australian address by priority post only to be advised that this address did not exist. That was back in July and it is now October and have not seen so called vacuum cleaner or refund so giving one star is over generous. My advise is to give this outfit a wide birth and have nothing to do with them.

DO NOT BUY!!!
Tried cancelling my order less than 12 hours after ordering when I realised it was USD. Emailed them, they said they were busy, someone would be in touch. Next they said they couldn't cancel my order it had already shipped. False, their tracking showed it posted days later. Next, item received was faulty. No light for charging or on, only went in small circles in an area less than 3 x 3feet for 20 minutes then stopped. Charged it again, same thing happened. Emailed them, beyond their 30 day return. I'd paid extra for warranty, took multiple emails to get them from 25 % to a 70% refund, highest they would go. That was 31 Aug. Today is 12 Sept and latest update is my "Paypal refund is still being processed". Liars and thieves, do not buy or you will regret it!

Received products under false expectation of refund if unsatisfactory
Received products under What happens if the performance does not meet my expectations? Your purchase is fully protected. DustaPro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results for any reason at all, simply return the product within 30 days to receive a full refund with no questions asked. 24 emails & 2 months later still awaiting a refund??? Items were more like toys than actually useful appliances. I have no purpose for them, repeatedly requested refund, offered 70% and to keep items even though useless.

I ordered 3 of your dustpro vaccum…
I ordered 3 of your dustpro vaccum cleaners so it would clean my whole house in between vacuuming. So I charged 1 of of your DUSTAPRO vaccum machines & all it did was go around in circles it didn't do anything else I had to push it with my foot even it still just went around in circles I was very disappointed because the guy on your ad said that he had bought 1 for his Mother & that the 1 that she had paid a small fortune for just sat there & it needed a app to operate it & then didn't work properly & he said he invented these DUSTAPRO vacuum so you didn't need an app off your phone to use it just turn it on & away it goes the guy in the ad. Which is incorrect it just goes around in circles.

What a giant pile of SH** these where!!!
What a giant pile of SH** these where!!!! Wasted time and money on these, to only find out that they want you to pay to return there garbage, that in my case cost more than the cost of the original items. They dont perform as advertised and all the reviews on their website are BS

No more believing everything i read!!!I n finally found my delivery front…
I finally found my delivery front garden after 15 daysof delivery stupid where left weather elements. The Robot cleaner is small far too light heap plastic does not pickup light fluff so after all those dramas to pay over $200 yep i bought 2!!!very disappointed money down drain Sincerely Wendy B.

Received refund for non working robot vacuum but still out of pocket having to pay £10.95 return postage when Consumer Rights Act 2015 states retailer responsible for return costs of faulty goods

L' aspirapolvere, se si può definire tale, è un giocattolo, molto leggero e non vale assolutamente la cifra pagata il cui importo non è nemmeno chiaro, le spese di spedizione vengono calcolate in un secondo momento facendo aumentare di €15 il prezzo che onestamente non è nemmeno il valore dell'apparecchio! Sulla "forza" di aspirazione non commento nemmeno
