DUSTAPRO THEY ARE SCAMMERS I SENT BACK 2 ROBOTS NOT EVEN OUT THE BAG TAKEN ME WEEKS TO FIGHT FOR MONEY NOW THEY HAVE PUT THEIR NAME ON MY BANK STATEMENT WITH NO MONEY FINALLY TELLING THEM I WOULD LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS GOT PAID IN INSTALMENTS THIS COMPLAINT NEEDS TO GO ROUND THE WORLD. I AM IN MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA ALSO YOU CAN BUY A LOT CHEAPER IN AUSTRALIA. SAME PRODUCT THEY MUST PAY PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM HIGH SCORES.GO ONTO THEIR SITE ...THANKS

FAKE FAKE SCAM!!! DONT BUY!!
this is another bit fake scam my grandmother just go me and my brother one ech and tis pure plastic shit not even a vacume in it so its only a toy that pushes dust around way to fake and plastic DONT EVER buy thist turd ever hope other read this so they wont be scammed out for way to much money for a fake plastick lookalike produkt from china ... sad people work so har to make a fake site look so good but just look at the size for it its way to small to even be a handheld vacume so please DONT buy scams... sorry people

Just a piece of over priced junk
Just a piece of over priced junk The company has replied and my opinion hasn’t changed. Suction power is hopeless. It gets stuck on the slightest imperfections in the floor. Gets stuck in corners and most importantly doesn’t clean anything!

A very deceptive website
A very deceptive website. Websit doesn't give the size. They are very small (about 8 inches). Doesn't tell you the price is in USD. I tried to order 2 and then there was a popup asking if I wanted 2. When I received my order confirmation I'd paid for 4! Tricked into buying extra products that appear as a gift. There is no opportunity to review the cart (to see extra charges for items and because of conversion from USD to AUD) before you pay. I tried to cancel or amend the order immediately but could not get a reply from the company. As expected, when I finally did, they said the order had been shipped. If you are thinking of buying from this website, DON'T!

Pushed and confused into paying for 4…
Pushed and confused into paying for 4 when I only wanted 1. Will not supply return address, should not be so hard, communication is soooooooo bad in fact not existent. My recodemendation is to avoid, company is still advertising, stay clear, want my money back

Reklame på nettet, en fantastisk støvsuger (Robot)
jeg har købt en støvsuge "robot" set på Nettet som reklame. den skulle koste ca 400 Kr men så ser jeg at denne kommer fra Kina så det koster ekstra i fragt. Det er noget være skidt, det er ren plastik, som ingen gang kan støvsuge, suger slet ikke.. Hold jer langt væk fra denne, jeg smider min ud med det samme, den er ikke 5 kr værd

This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM. Do not buy. Ordered 1 unit and was billed for 2 units. When they arrived, they do not move at all. There are no drive wheels! just rolling wheels! the 2 little brushes just spin and the vacuum sits in the one place.

Terrible company and product
We had troubles ordering and mistakingly ordered 4 instead of 2 robot vacuums. We immediately emailed them to cancel 2. After a week, we were advised the order couldn't be stopped (sure). Then we only got 2 in our delivery. They email you and say all the right things like we'll extend the money back guarantee period to 45 days. But now we've emailed them for a refund and we have radio silence and no credit. Their 30 day refund offer is a lie. Do not use this company.
