I ordered this product on 11/26/2023 and as of today, 12/24/2023, I still have not received it. Can't get a live person to talk to, just generic chat questions and answers, a basic FAQ. I AM VERY UPSET

I have worn these shoes twice now and each time I did not want to take them off. I wore them ALL day both times and they were very comfortable the entire day. This shoe is a definite must have.
