My daughter and I did a mobile order. We ordered 4 donuts and an order of hashbrowns. We only got 3 donuts and a bag of mushy potatoes, NOT hashbrowns. Will NEVER get my business again.

It’s sad I love Dunkin’. But overpriced for a cup of ice and a little bit of drink.

I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts at 1039 route 88 in point pleasant New Jersey and had the unfortunate opportunity to meet the irrational manager that runs this location. I live about an hour from here and am In a family vacation and specifically stopped at this location because they still have pumpkin left in the store which I add to my chai tea. I absolutely love it. Now in the past the employees there were nice enough to sell me a small cup If this pumpkin so I could take it home and enjoy awhile longer. Well today I went there and the manager said absolutely not! I told her I would buy Just alittle and it wasn’t really a bug deal. Every other Dunkin has done this for me but she refused. I was very upset because I drove 25 minutes out of my way to get this and she wouldn’t budge. Some people like to Exercise their power so they feel important I suppose. Anyhow I feel sorry for the workers who work for her. She must be a tyrant. Anyhow what would have been a 5 star rating had she accommodated her customer on a small reasonable request has become a negative 5 now! What a shame!

went to my local Dunkin donuts because I wanted to buy some donuts but they said that they do not sell donuts, that they only sell donut flavored coffee. so I am leaving a one-star review because they lied.

Für 30 Euro Donuts bestellt und jede Glasur hing am Karton. Echt schlimm sah das aus. Werden das wahrscheinlich nie wiederholen.
