Another great visit. Great customer service and nice clean service. I went in with 3 of my indecisive daughters and the assistant was super patient and chatting with the girls to ensure they would be happy with their selection. Thanks Tegan and Hamda (Sheffield, Broughton Lane)

Dunkin Donuts app is totally worthless. Unable to redeem any reward points. Very similar to Lucy convincing Charlie Brown that she went ull the football away but she does. Like Dunkin saying rewards applied but still having to pay for the product. Unlike Charlie Brown,Mai won’t be fooled again with this worthless app

The dunking donuts on Knollwood Road in White Plains has a very rude customer service rep at the drive thru. I don't understand why she behaves that way. I am always nice and thanks everyone.

Dunkin Donuts on Calumet Ave in Hammond, In sucks. I went their on New Years at 12:30 am. One car in front of me, waited about five mins. I pull up and know one says anything after waiting 10mins. I ask if anyone’s there. Nothing, so I pull up and I don’t see anyone inside. Waited again for a few mins. The lady opens the window and I stated…… I pulled up, because after waiting ten mins for someone to take my order and know did. This disrespectful Mary, went off. I was in my car and she was leaning half way out the window, ranting, that I had to go back around and order, that she can’t take any orders at the window. Like really? It was one donut. Why would I have to get back in line? She than stated, she’s the only working and she’s not going to argue with me. Hello! She was arguing, while all I wanted to do, is get my 80 yr old mother a donut. Then she slams the window shut! Oh my Lord!!! My mom witnessed all this nonsense. If she’s pissed, because she has to work alone, don’t take it out on Dunkin’s customers. Never will I go again. Remember it’s Mary not a Karen.

Dunkin in Coshocton Ohio has the worst service I have ever seen, especially the inside service. most time when I go in the employees are busy with drive thru and don't seem to want to take time to service the inside customers, most times is take quite a long time to get even a cup of regular coffee, they call you long after you have sat down and then you have to go to the counter and pick it up. they don't even acknowledge you while you are waiting for service. VERY POORLY RUN CUSTOMER SERVICE, I think I'll go back to Mc Donalds most of the time after this
