in general its ok, the first reservation didnt work or get thru and being there at the counter without the reservation, it was stressfull, thank good i got time to write and that they respond fast, and change it, if it wasnt for that, i would been able to fly.

I ordered dummy tickets with a specific itinerary, but the tickets I received did not match the itinerary I requested. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and submitted multiple requests through the contact form on their website, but I have received no response. At this point, I am simply asking for a refund because the service I paid for was not delivered as requested. realice confirmacion exitosa de 4 vuelos, mas el quinto vuelo al final del ejercicio no lo pude confirmar por que la plataforma no me acepto ese quinto pago, ni con PSE ni con mi cuenta Paypal. pero los 4 que se lograron emitir el resultado fue excelente. y es una emision que se lleva no mas de 2 a 3 minutos.
