Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear about your experience. After checking, we’re unable to locate any order in our system that matches this situation. Currently, we haven’t received any reports of early ticket expiration like this. To help us investigate further, could you please share more details—such as your order ID, passenger name, or the email address used to place the order? We’re here to help and would love the chance to make things right. Looking forward to your reply!

I am really happy with their service
I am really happy with their service. I got my appointment rescheduled and have asked them to activate my ticket for a future date. They were happy to do that and that helped me in using the same dummy ticket. Sara and David were quick in providing resolution to my issues.

Booked three tickets for my parents…
Booked three tickets for my parents Schengen visa application for two weeks validity. Overall, I am happy with the service. Had some small issues with the booking number being deactivated after a few days. But as soon as I noticed, I contacted them and the replied within one hour and fixed the problem. :)
