They never sent me my ticket… scam

Everything looked apealing, we needed a flight ticket from Australia to France for a VFS french Visa (for an Ivory Coast citizen), the appointment was 2 days afters, very good customer service until you pay. And then it gets very messy, - they tell you the ticket will be processed soon but dont hear back from them in the next 24 hours, scary - they don't reply to most of your calls anymore - when they reply they would find excuses with the length of the name, and even when we would reply to them they would take a lot of time - they eventually sent us a confirmation email that seemed very dodgy and when we asked them to confirm that it works on Etihad they would only send screenshots, but on our end we could not access the confirmation using last name and registration number Given the importance of having real flight tickets we decide to get some refundable ones (Emirates). And obviously dummyticket refused to reimburse. A very bad customer service, if you have something important I would not recommend them at all

Very disappointing service. The booking expired quickly and could not be verified by the embassy. Had to pay again for another reservation. Support replies were slow during urgent visa processing.

They lack knowledge about visas and ticket purchasing procedures, they are unprofessional, and they waste excessive time before issuing tickets after payment - 3 days have passed (more than 72 hours) and I still do not have the tickets for my visa application. Instead, I occasionally receive emails from someone in their team who clearly has never traveled abroad and has no sense of responsibility or urgency . The online chat box is equally controlled by someone who is very ignorant about international travels. While I understand that they outsource this task to India and then hide such information from the users, they fail to adequately train their staff or pick people who is suitable for these tasks. Their staff doesn't know how to solve very basic problems and act in a very disrespectful way. I have already been waiting for three days and still see no tickets. This is very unprofessional and highly irresponsible. Worse, they answer messages with absolute contempt because they don't care about the people they work for and pay them. They think they are doing the users some special favor. Do not waste your money with these people. They have no sense of accountability or professionalism - no clue whatsoever of what that means.

Very bad experience. I booked the tickets on Oct 14 evening and gave my visa application to VFS on Oct 16 afternoon. The booking was showing however I contacted dummyticket.com & informed them to extend it. I recieved a reply that it was active & I should go ahead & apply for visa. VFS was to send the documents to the embassy on Oct 17. I checked it again on Oct 17 morning & to my surprise, the ticket had got cancelled. Not sure now if I'll get my visa & if I'll be able to attend an important meeting because of these morons.

They lie about the length of flight reservation validity. You think you buy flight tickets reservation for 2 weeks for your visa application and they're valid for a few days maximum! It's a scam! I didn't pay for the reservation to be valid for only a few days but for 2 weeks as it takes visa officers about 3 weeks to make a decision. Disgusting practice as people rely on the tickets for their visas to be granted. Edit: Yes, before I bought my reservation tickets I asked your agent how long they're going to be valid for and their reply was 2 weeks. So yes, I chose the 2 week validity!

Hello there, I do hope dummyticket.com could have a better customer service officer, especially handler that takes order on the WhatsApp. The handler seem to be incompetent for that position for the following reason(s): 1. Inability to communicate with clear and expressive English Language. 2. Inability to communicate professionally with clients. 3. Slow responses. All of the aforementioned could be a reason for visa refusal in connection with ingenuine or inappropraite flight ticket which could be quite painful. I hope all of the above are looked into so your organization will be in a better standing out there.

I’m really disappointed with this website — it feels like a scam. Before buying from them, I researched a lot about dummy tickets: how long they can be valid and how genuine they are. This company promised one thing but delivered something else. They claim tickets can be valid for 2–3 weeks, but in reality, the ticket I received was valid for only 2–3 days. Before ordering, I even asked the seller if it could last 1–2 weeks, and he told me “YES.” But once I paid, I only got a short-validity ticket. Thankfully, I figured this out before applying for my visa. I later found out that some airlines, like Pegasus Airlines and Turkish Airlines, actually provide fixed-price reservations that can last 2–3 weeks — and they are much cheaper and more reliable. ⚠️ My earlier review was removed because of wording, but I’ve rewritten it to make sure it follows the guidelines. I just want to share my genuine experience so others can avoid the same mistake. Please be careful — don’t waste your money.
