I booked one ticket and it became invisible in less than 24 hours. I emailed customer care but no one responded. Initially, they said it will long lasted for 3-4 days. Please don't waste your money. Highly don't recommend to anyone. ---------------------------------------------- Date - 7 Aug 2023 You guys are making fool to people who trusted upon you. Yesterday I escalated on @Trustpilot at around 10pm and all of sudden I received an email from you guys at 1.30 am 8 August 2023 so that you can reply on this platform. Respected Sir, when I emailed you on Saturday 5 August 2023 at 10.24pm you never replied. On top of that, you stated that you sent tickets 2 days before the departure but how come you send me updated ticket with in 30 mins on Friday when initially I booked and no body sorted out my queries. YOU ARE MAKING FOOL TO YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS. When I highlighted on this platform then all of sudden you sent me updated ticket with all my personal details mentioned inside ticket (earlier it was not there). You must understand the pain which we have to face when no one is replying to our queries. I contacted your India customer care as well on whats app but he also not answered me properly. I mentioned that can I call you but he didn't bothered to reply. Because of you guys I have to booked new, actual ticket and bear the cost of cancellation. In online business, you cannot make fool to your customers. @Trustpolot - thanks for this platform but please make this platform more useful so that we can start a thread for discussion so that we can discuss our concern transparently

I had read good reviews and was hopeful it would be good. However, I had a terrible experience. Let me start from the start: 1. The website is terrible to use. There is "dummy ticket for visa" and "dummy return ticket". Dont know the difference. The cost is difference and the function is the same. 2. The website had bad UX 3. After you make the payment, there is no communication about when you will receive the ticket. 4. On inquiring with customer support, they then inform you that it will come on the said date (2 days before the appointment 5. Requires constant follow up 6. I received two separate tickets for my parents from different airlines on the same date. I had specifically asked for one PNR. How stupid is this? An old couple will travel to the same destination on different airlines? 7. Both the PNRs were not working 8. Horrible customer support. I tried contacting them on all platform but there was no response as soon as they realized there is an issue. 9. Their phone number is not working 10. It is very expensive as compared to other sites offering similar services. Trust me it is double the cost 11. I do not have anything against them personally but want to warn other users. 12. Yes, I have heard good reviews as well. But I had a bad experience. 13. They photoshopped my tickets.

On the website they tell they you pay extra for visa tickets and they would be valid for 2-3 weeks but they cancel it within in few days not even completing 2 weeks, which could cost you visa money. Would be better to book some refundable business class ticket than using this service.

When I placed the order for a ticket, I provided clear information regarding the destination, port of entry, and transit requirement. Unfortunately, while the destination and transit requirement were correct, the port of entry was incorrect. I immediately requested a redo, but the customer service representative, Dev proved to be unhelpful and, to be exact, rude in their interactions. Over the course of 20-odd hours, I sent multiple polite texts (which can be provided upon request) inquiring about a replacement ticket, only to receive half-hearted, mostly one or two-word responses such as "ok," "it will take a few hours," "we will see" (?!), "will check," "oh sorry," and "wait," from Dev. My last message, inquiring about the time I would receive the replacement ticket, was completely ignored. The service provider claims to be the "oldest" and the "original" in the industry, yet it appears that they have failed to learn from their rich experience. Not only did they demonstrate a lack of professionalism by inaccurately issuing the ticket, but their customer service also fell far below the expected standard. Stay away from them.

Issac saray,abhilash,Dev...A big cheater and scam group, i took flight and hotel bookings from them and every time got rejected because there was no record even after 2 or 3 days in the system. So then I realize that there is some issue and started checking. Once u contact them, they respond that everything is fine, Only fine for them because they receive the money, for u,it is just a printout, for which they will charge u 128 dirhams 3 times I paid.. So guys be careful if it is ur hard-earned money.. Also, these types of scammers from India can steal ur credit card information and deduct huge money through other websites... Reply To Your Answer... First of all, I don't know where is a need of discussing the neighborhood. But now I understand the issue of why u couldn't,t forget old issues. Just go and read the history,u will get the answer for ur neighborhood with Srilanka, China, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. I hate to go into politics and these issues but if u people started then I will answer u. Dear sir, Some people didn't change their mentality in the last 70 years and think the same way before. Instead of rectifying ur mistake,no need to go to other issues, I received an appeal letter in which it is clearly mentioned that they couldn't,t find both hotel and airline reservations. If someone needs proof I can show the letter. Everyone knows that getting 5 Stars and good review online from ur friends is easy but practically the services is deficient. Only editing the old air and hotel ticket by Photoshop is easy and cheaper with no record online. I also have a WhatsApp message in which I ask u to again issue me the same booking which u did,t reply.

I bought 5 pax dummy from this site..wasted my 75 usd only for reservation with fake e ticket number...airline refuse for check in because e ticket number not valid..i must add 79 usd/pax for valid e ticket with same airlines...its scam...the point its why airlines not allowed boarding?because u put fake e ticket number..fake its fake u cant change with another word..better u change ur website to faketicket.com Please note that if you are using a dummy ticket the departure airline and the dummy ticket should not be on the same airline...(because u using fake e ticket number)so if make with different airlines will work?i think no...how if i go with EY (Etihad)and return with EK (Emirates)and then EY staff bring my copy return ticket to EK counter for verify, its stiil work??im sure 100% not working..if u said will work,the question its why with same airline cant do? actually is u take 15$ only make boking not paying (issued)the ticket..and the big mistake u put fake e ticket number at ticket..this one i cant accept..if u just put Boking Reference at ticket without eticket number,i will accept... Reply u still not understand its not about price 15..49 or 79 bla bla bla...its about u put fake e ticket number on ticket thats u not paying and declare will work with different airline..

I don’t recommend. This company is hit or miss and today they missed badly. I paid for this ticket and received a ticket with the arrival and departure airports switched around. I requested for them to change it, but I never got a reply. Several hours later I contacted them for a refund, again no reply. Finally, after I reached my destination and after I requested a refund, they sent the correct ticket, but now it’s useless. I do NOT recommend using this company

Poor customer service.. I tried calling.. the numbers are either disconnected or no one answers.. so i contacted through whatsapp.. they take ages to reply.. no proper feedback.. customer service quality is Zero.. no clear information is provided about when I will receive my ticket.. im worried if I will get the ticket or not.
