Dear Mae, The one you ordered is the e-ticet for proof of return. Its not the most expensive one but its adequate for showing at the airprot as proof of return when traveling from some countries. It has a maximum validity of 3 days. This does not mean that it is valid for 3 days but the validity of it depends on where you are traveling. The destination is your order is in Monrovia which is a remote location and not many airlines fly there. You messaged on whatsapp and told us that you have a flight in 30 mins and you were continusly calling into tthe office. The representative was of the opinion that you were standing at the airprot waiting for your flight as you have implied in your WhatsApp messages. Some remote locations such as Monrovia have e-tickets that are valid for 24hrs. This is sufficient provided that we make the ticket according to your departure flight. Next time when dealiing with the travel agent please be forthright in your communication with your agent so that you do not have any complications.

You ordered the dummy ticket for visa application one. It is NOT an edited ticket. it is a reservation. It is verifiable on the airline website too. It cannot be an "edited" ticket if its verifiable on the airline website. Airline reservations are "on hold" tickets and will be verifiable as per the timelimit set by the airline which is usually 3 days, sometimes more. The dummy ticket for visa option costs 15 pounds. If the embassy is asking for a reservation or an itinerary then you can use this one for applying the visa. On the other hand if the embassy is asking for a confirmed ticket or an e-ticket then you need to use the option on the website called e-ticket for visa. The e-ticket for visa facility starts from 39 pounds and goes all the way to 60 pounds. Unfortunately we do not have SMS feature and its not one of our customer service methods. You are however welcome to email or WhatsApp us. I see that you have messaged on WhatsApp and we have answered all your questions. You were also offered the option to upgrade to the e-ticket one.

Dear sir The one you ordered is a flight reservation. If the embassy is asking for a flight reservation or an itinerary then you can use it for applying your visa. Flight reservations are valid for 3 days. On the other hand if the embassy is asking for a confirmed ticket or e-ticket or if you need a ticket that is valid for 21 days then you need to use the option called Schengen Plus. This option is specifically if you want an e-ticket and/or if you want the ticket to be valid for 21 days. The tickets that we provide are verifiable on the airline website including the ticket that you ordered. We double checked your booking on the airline website and it was verifiable. The difference is weather its a reservations or a confirmed ticket. The option to upgrade to Schengen Plus option was offered to you as a courtesy. That is the reason why we ask for extra payment. Dear Harsh, The reason why your ticket is expire before your appointment is because the ticket was made 60 days back. The dummy tickets even for the long validity Schengen Plus ones have a maximum validity of 21 days. You first made your order 2 months back and then you come back to us last week and inform the team that the ticket is not valid and that you have an interview on Monday. The team advised you to make a new order as this one is already expired. You spoke to us over the phone and requested that we redo the ticket for you and the team have informed you to wait a few hours and that we will make new ticket for you. The team specially informed you that it will take time for completing your order as it was a weekend We got back to you and emailed you the completed ticket in time for your appointment the next day.
