Pésimo servicio, compre un ticket con ellos y me mandaron uno con escala a estados unidos, cuando mi pasaporte no me permite entrar a dicho país sin una visa. Contacté con ellos explicándoles mi situación y durarán 2 días para enviarme otro ticket, pero el nuevo ticket tenia escala a otro país al que no puedo viajar sin visa. Claramente ni se molestaron en leer mi mensaje, ya que les expliqué que tipo de pasaporte tengo y a cuales países puedo viajar o no sin visa. No gasten su dinero en esa página, hay mejores opciones, se molestan más en ver las reseñas negativas que en resolver el problema directamente con el cliente (también reporten esta reseña).

Here’s what happened to me: • I placed an order for a ticket and afterwards noticed that I do not need it anymore. • I kept texting them on Whats up for a refund for more than 10 days and everytime (I will check and get back to you). Update to their reply: You say the same answer to everyone report your scam. My order number is 183290

Please be aware that the websites dummyticket.com, seamantours.com, and ktini.com appear to be operated by the same people — they share the same phone numbers and addresses. The PNRs they provide cannot be verified on airline websites, and the person who responds to messages is unprofessional and seems like a scammer. Also, check their reviews — they seem fake and artificially inflated. Their social media accounts also appear to have mostly fake followers and engagement. They refuse to refund money under any circumstances. These websites are not trustworthy and should not be recommended.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. I needed my ticket for visa to book an appointment. I booked my ticket however I put the wrong date and emailed them stright after my order. They didn’t acknowledge my email and issued me a ticket. I couldn’t use that to get the visa appointment. I have been contacting them since 4 days. Which they say wait wait wait. I have been waiting 4 days for my ticket dates to be changed. Because I wanted tickets urgently I asked the person how long you will take to issue he said 1-2 hours it been whole day and no response. Because of the processing time of visa application I need the ticket at specific date They dont understand and dont answer the phones. If I could I would upload my chats and emails with them. Please find someone else they are least helpful. The UK number is also connected to someone who never answer. They only make money.

I ordered a dummy flight ticket from dummyticket.com on 6 June 2025 for a visa application, and what I received was absolutely shocking. The "reservation" they sent looked like a broken webpage — barely formatted, with crucial information missing or incomplete. There were no airline logos, flight numbers, or proper headers. It looked more like a page that was still loading or corrupted rather than a professional reservation. No immigration officer or visa authority would accept this document. When I contacted customer service, they kept insisting that “it’s just a reservation,” but even as a reservation, it was laughably poor. There was no clear passenger information, no proper itinerary, and no indication of who issued the booking. It was basically a useless PDF file with minimal effort or credibility. I wish I could upload an image of the 'reservation' that was sent to me. It was completely shocking and completely unusable. For a service that charges $19 and claims to provide a “real reservation suitable for visa applications,” this was a complete scam. I now have to go through extra stress and expense because I relied on this for a time-sensitive visa. Do not trust this site. It’s misleading, unprofessional, and offers no real value. Strongly recommend others avoid it. I did read the reviews before making my choice, and it did have some 'good reviews' but I'm starting to question and wonder whether the good reviews are fake populated reviews. ABSOLUTE SCAM, and NO REFUND AT ALL.

I fell into their web of words, lured by the promise of a swift ticket—“30 minutes,” they claimed. Yet here I stand, 3 hours and 20 minutes later, bereft of both ticket and recourse. My money vanished into the void, with no apology, no refund, no care. And the person on WhatsApp says your ticket would come (like wait FOREVER) AND NO WE NEVER REFUND. Do not be fooled by their polished façade. Their service is a hollow shell, a trick of light and shadow that offers nothing but frustration. My order N #174970.
