A Sidehustle for Pharmacy & NP's
While they are technically "licensed medical oversight providing FDA-approved blah blah..." my experience was this: you get randomly assigned PA's and NP's (not the same visit to visit) who want to make a quick buck on the side. They prescribe meds in 10 minutes before test results are even in, and there is no one to reach out to if things go wrong. Once, I didn't get a med we had discussed. I reached out to the only email I have, and got this response: "I have reached out to your provider and asked the prescription be sent, I am unsure why it was not sent in the first place." No response, and it was never sent. In short, DudeMeds is a side-hustle between software engineers, PA's, and pharmacists who don't really care, but will gladly make a buck from you on the side.
