I would never use this company unless you want to get ripped off and lied too!!!

Ordered the "commit kit" - testosterone plus anti-estrogen med. Took about a week to get it.......but did not come with syringes. Big fail. Secondly, customer service is non existent. The "provider" assigned to me does not respond to my very very very basic and quick questions. Thirdly, good luck finding any education about how/where to inject the "T". So far, I'm a little dissapointed other then the fact the process started out quickly and easily.

Signed up for 3month all inclusive. After 7 weeks ran out of medication. received email requesting follow up labs saying would receive notification in 48 hrs to move forward. After 5 days had not received anything. Requested follow up email got next day but medication took 3 weeks to get to me and then they charged my card for another 3 months without my authorization.

Dude Meds is trash, I spent $1,176 to find out they are the worst in the business. Doctors are rude and arrogant, prices are not the best, customer service has no clue what's going on, their switch of blood testing has been a nightmare, it's been 5 months since they have sent me my paid for 10ml bottle of trt (supposed to be every 3 months) I could keep going but I'm getting upset thinking about how horrible they are. Go with anybody else, you have been warned. And DudeMeds, if you read this, please shut your business down. Only 2 bottle of trt starting sep. 2025 and it's currently June2026 for nearly $1200, you should be ashamed.

terrible customer service. there is no phone number and no one responds for days. took them over a week to find my test results. after canceling in january i got billed in may again and had to dispute with my credit card company. avoid using them.

This company is trash I used their over priced sub par service one time then promptly canceled after everything literally everything about the experience sucked.... now they have fraudulently charged my card multiple times I've told them over and over to lose my info I've screen shotted every message I've reported their charges as fraud yet still they persist... don't get me wrong they're willing to refund the stolen money if you complain .. but they also keep trying to steal it. It's such a hassle. Save yourself the trouble don't give these ripoffs your card info. I've used male excel and petermd as well had not a single issue with either of them both great service hassle free. But as for dudemeds.com. don't do it. Save the headache

They don't answer the phone. They don't return emails. They don't answer questions by text when the voice mail says it is the way to get a faster response. Prescribe a lower dose than I received at another clinic. In a world of bad service this place is near the bottom. 0 stars

Who scheduled this and when was I going to be informed Lastly their response will be they refunded me by my request and legal action. I was refunded the part of TRT i didnt use...they offered me 50% off to continue and I declined for why would I want to deal wiht the same no member portal, poor service and loss of my medical records on their non-working member portal records.
