Technical support is non-existant, the interface is very very average, frankly, I find it enormously worse than SquareSpace. Trying to accomplish anything that isn't self-directed is completely impossible. It is more "customisable" than Squarespace but every other metric is terrible

They continue to take money after you cancel your subscription (Theft), they have no contact number and emails you receive from there so called support team vanish with no trace, a very untrustworthy company. Edit: Only took them nearly two years to respond with that useless response. Laughable!
