I bought it
I bought it, but there is no instructions on how to use it. I searched for the download location for a long time, and when I opened it, there was only my computer information and some useless things. I just wanted to enter the key and start the game, but there was no place for me to enter the key I bought. This place is terrible, I will not come again

Hi Ji, This review is misleading. Every product includes a detailed step-by-step installation guide, plus pinned setup instructions in our community. Keys are entered through the loader — if you missed the guide, it was provided directly at checkout and via email. Our support team also answers within hours if help is needed. We encourage you to revisit the instructions, as thousands of customers use the exact same process without issue. — Ducks Services

Cheat makes game laggy
Cheat makes game laggy, ESP not even working and AIM broken. Regret buying this.
Response from Duck's ServicesSep 25, 2025
Hi Eleonora, This statement is not accurate. Our products are optimized to run smoothly without lag — performance issues usually come from local PC settings, not the software itself. ESP and AIM features are fully functional and verified by hundreds of daily users. If you experienced a problem, support could have resolved it quickly. Posting false claims here doesn’t reflect reality or the experience of the majority of our customers. — Ducks Services

Spent more time waiting for SUPPORT than actually playing.
Response from Duck's ServicesSep 25, 2025
Hi Marco, We want to be clear — support tickets never sit for “days.” Our team operates 24/7 and responses are given within a maximum of 12 hours, usually much faster. If you felt delayed, it may have been because more information was required from your side to proceed. Either way, this review misrepresents our service. The majority of customers receive same-day assistance and are back in-game quickly. — Ducks Services

Fail by Duck
Terrible customer service and they take forever to respond to help tickets. Paid for a whole month for one of their products and it does not work whatsoever. And no refund for a defective product? Stay far away from these scammers.
