every purchase so far was perfect. delivery is the only thing i dont like that much. been waiting a while now not fully their fault tho since they cant help the delivery company support is pretty okay.

Has a good amount of options to choose from with coupons / discounts year round. Support is a little slow at times but they do what they can with how many customers they have. Also the payment processor ends up slowing things down but you will always receive what you paid for.
