Support is always helpful Shoutout Trix for being quick and helping me understand

Shoutout to TRIX for mainly helping me with the “problems” that I had when trying to purchase, the response time in my ticket was a little bit slow but different time zones and they have like 1000+ tickets but overall 10/10 service!!

UPS decided to be annoying and delay the package a bit but it got sent out the day after i bought it. Firmware was delivered withing the day i got it and despite some minor issues i got everything running perfect the next day! Support is slow sometimes but the server is big so you cant really blame them. Besides that I would recommend them 100% as I was scammed from someone else before I bought from them.

Pour la livraison du firmware pour moi c’était très rapide le délais de livraison était estimé à 24h pour moi c’était même pas 1h tuto Flash compris de dans je voulais remercier en particulier Mr DUCK et ZESIRA pour le support je recommande fortement le SUPPORT est à l’écoute du client.
