Got a remote install package from these…
Got a remote install package from these for a tool i didnt even purchase from then them. The service was fast all done with talking me through my side of things and Trix the one that set me all up went above and beyond amazing service all round

Extremely happy with ducks services
Extremely happy with ducks services and their products. Products work great and their customer service/support is fantastic. I had an issue with my product I purchased that was causing me a lot of headaches. I was troubleshooting for hours before I created a ticket in the server and Mr. Duck solved it extremely quickly with great instructions. Now my product runs perfectly with no issues.
