Slow customer service, great product.
I’m giving 5 stars because the product speaks for itself. Received my package super fast with next day air definitely worth the money. Now I will say this customer service can get some TLC I know life happens and things get in the way no doubt about that. But wait times for responses especially during set up needs some work. That’s my literal only complaint. Other then that ducks support team knows what they are doing and extremely helpful when they do respond. Over all great product great team

Thanks for the honest feedback William. We appreciate you pointing that out. Ticket wait times can occasionally get longer when volume is high but we are always working on improving response times. Glad everything was sorted out in the end and that the product has been working well for you.
