I had a discrepancy with a subscription that I thought was free but ended up being charged. DubClub staff (via both Email and Twitter) we’re quick to respond and we’re incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They understood my issue and because I reached out right away, issued me a refund AS WELL as understanding there needed to be additional verbiage to better aware users going forward. If I could leave less than one star, I would. They do not care about their clients in any way. They only care about making money. That is it. The are greedy thieves that will stab people in the back for $1.

This company cares about their clients… I was in a terrible bind these guys went over and beyond for me and had my business up in running within 2 hours forever in debt with this company I owe them everything never been this excited to do business with a company ever in my life but DUB CLUB. Is more then a company in my eyes they’re now FAMILY
