I like how fast they respond to what you need. I needed an update with a payment method and the next morning, they replied. And the website is very user friendly, making it easy to search your favorite cappers.

Fast service, the app runs smooth and i haven’t missed a play from my capper yet! Definitely would check them out if you want access to plays as soon as they’re posted and before they’re bumped. 10/10 all around 🤝🏽.

Feedback from customer support seemed instant. User interface is very friendly. Being able to join alerts from email, telegram, and sms are great options. Just downloaded the DubClub app and its great.

I’ve been using dub club for about 5-6 months now. I’ve found a few cappers I like and I’ve pretty much stayed with them. But, I gotta tell ya, dub clubs customer service has been excellent! Admittedly, I was at first a little apprehensive of the whole concept. But, after I did a free trial with a capper, the team at dub club asked me to participate in a quick zoom call to discuss dub club and my experience with it in exchange for a free month from a capper of my choosing. Since then, it has just been positive experience after positive experience. They’re very active on Twitter which has been extremely helpful. Just yesterday, I had a trial membership expire and I was mistakenly charged for a month for that capper. I sent them a dm right away and asked them if they could sort it out, and less than 24hrs later the issue is resolved. To be honest, I’ve had such positive experiences with their customer service team that I didn’t even hesitate to reach out to them because I knew they would make it right. Customer service done right is rare. I use dub club with confidence and without trepidation.
