DTFS Shoes - worst customer service of ALLTIME ! Terrible product 😡 Scam and fraud !!!

Needed AFO dress shoes for a friend's wedding. Ordered a pair that I thought would look good. They got to my house, I opened the package and I immediately cringed. They look like they belong on Frankenstein's monster. I also can't return them because they are 10e. So, now I am out money and stuck with shoes that I will never wear.

Ordered shoes to go over my daughter's KAFOs. Received an email from the owner saying they didn't have them in stock but they were in a warehouse in Florida and it would be an extra 7-10 days. Fine. A month goes by and I reach out. Sorry - we sold them to someone else and will refund them. What a joke.

I ordered a wide boot for a trip following surgery. A medium width arrived so I contacted the owner who confirmed I ordered wide and asked for proof that the wrong size came. I sent photos of the medium boot that came. His response was “these photos show nothing this shall be the end of our communication. “. WOW HOW IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks for your great service owner/president Ron

Company sent my shoes to an address that I haven’t lived at for 15 years. When I contacted “Ron” to find out why this happened and how to fix it, he (incorrectly) insisted that I input the address (impossible) and refused to provide any documentation or attempted resolution. Was rude and manifestly unprofessional. 0/10.

This place sucks

Ordered shoes from catalog received wrong shoes was told that it wasn't available. Horrible customer service experience. Never again.

Pay up to Triple the value on shoes and impossible site to shop on too many pop-ups plus inconclusive search engine
