Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the negative experience you’ve had with your recent order. This is absolutely not the level of service or quality we aim to provide. I’m very sorry to hear that part of your order was missing and that the print quality did not meet your expectations—especially after you’ve already made multiple attempts to contact us without a response. We completely understand your frustration. We take concerns like yours seriously, and I’d like to make things right. Could you please email us again at [email protected] with your order number and any reference photos of the print quality issues? We’ll prioritize your case and work toward a solution immediately—whether that means a reprint, a refund, or whatever you feel is fair. Once again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused and truly appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us.
