Sorry for the inconvenience
I ordered 2 different precut designs. One design was good. The other was not even as I asked in size or printed. When I asked for it to be fixed, he had to look to make sure it was correct on my order and what they printed— fine. However when I asked for it to be fixed it was a dispute on sizing— I do t know why it seems they have to have only specific cut sizes. Well finally got it (I had hoped) and they resent it. Got it 2 days later and it wasn’t cut. I feel if I had originally ordered a cut product and it wasn’t the company error I should’ve had it replaced as originally ordered. Anyway, I will probably try another company next time. I’m glad they attempted to fix it but it also seemed as an inconvenience to them— it was for me too! They made the error, they should fix it as ordered without issue/complaint. That would be best business practice. Also— it might be helpful if they add a note of if it is a warm/cool peel and temp recommendation for their material.

Hi there, we are really sorry about your experience. The sizing and cutting issue should not have happened, and you should not have had to deal with any back and forth. If something is ordered precut, it needs to be replaced the same way without any inconvenience to you. That is on us. We also should have included a clear note about warm or cool peel and the temp range. Thank you for pointing that out. We are reviewing this with our team so we can fix the process and make sure replacements are handled exactly as ordered. Thank you for taking the time to share this.
