I liked the DTF printing but the T-Shirts came all wrinkled and the ones I seemed to order seems to run smaller that most. Overall I'm pleased but highly sad about the shirts.

Thanks, Stephanie. We’re glad you were pleased with the DTF printing, and we appreciate the feedback about the T-shirt fit and condition on arrival. We’d be happy to review the shirt style and sizing with you so we can help you choose the best option for your next custom apparel order.

Got the shirts I ordered
Got the shirts I ordered. Also got a 25 pound box of 1000 bags they use to send out orders. How nobody noticed is crazy. The size and weight was well over the shirts I ordered. I had to return the box of bags to the ups store. Never got a thanks, a coupon, anything for my time.

Thanks for letting us know, Justin. We’re sorry for the packing mistake and for the extra time you had to spend returning the box. We also should have acknowledged your help afterward. We appreciate you taking care of it and bringing this experience to our attention.

3 out of 5 times I have had to wait
3 out of 5 times I have had to wait, come back even after I received email that my order was ready. I really think I will just drive further to one of their other stores because there is one older guy in Richardson that is so rude! Everyone else is super nice.

The prints had lines, like very slight ripples. They weren't smooth.

Set up fee...
Set up fee.... For creating artwork...small task but you charge 15 $ for that task.... Too much expensive
Response from DTF DALLAS | DTF Transfers & Custom Tshirts PrintingSep 3, 2026
Thanks for the feedback, Kiritkumar. Our $15 artwork setup service is offered only to help customers who need file preparation before printing. It’s not a profit center for DTF Dallas, and in many cases the design time costs us more than the fee itself.

Fast service
Fast service, good quality. However, if they make a mistake- communication is difficult and they only go back and forth via emails which is super frustrating. They messed up 3 of my gang sheets but since it’s so hard to communicate, I gave up trying to explain. Nothing was resolved from it. Wasted my time, monies and products. And - the items were for a special occasion that they didn’t get, so that also cost me money.
Response from DTF DALLAS | DTF Transfers & Custom Tshirts PrintingSep 10, 2026
Thanks for the feedback, Wade. We’re sorry the issue wasn’t resolved properly and understand how frustrating that must have been. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and would like the opportunity to review the details directly.
