What once brought me comfort and peace now has me anxious and dissapointed. I'm writing this because my wife found (thankfully) an old bottle unopened of the conditioner and it's unbeleivable. The reason I was a loyal customer for 14 years. The new conditioner is a ridiculous waste of money. It does opposite of what people with thinner hair want. People at work started to also notice the greasy "wet" look the conditioner was leaving my hair. The new pumps cant even push it out- so those are useless now too. The old stuff is honestly amazing, but they completely ruined it now and others I know who use it because I put them onto it say the same thing.

The company changed it's formulation for the Revita Conditioner in late 2025. The new product consistency is greasy and difficult to rinse out of your hair. When I contacted the company to request a return, they denied the return because it was 30 days past the purchase date despite being a first time request and long-term loyal customer.

After using the Revita Shampoo & conditioner for years (with adequate results), DS Labs changed the bottle design. The new design features a pump nozzel that is too short, causing the product to fall directly onto the bottle neck. The only way you can get some into the palm of your hand is to tilt the bottle at an angle. This is hard to do with the largest of the bottle sizes, which is what I purchase. The conditioner is also hard to dispense, it is too thick for the new pump. They tell me the new design was a mistake but the old design, which worked well, won't be available until the end of 2026. They keep sending me new pumps, but they are the new, defective ones. I tried to return my products but DS won't honor their return policy. I'm switching to "Hers" hair care products. Have they ever heard of testing a design before implementing it? Duh.

DSLaboratories address is listed on a co-working site, with an automated chatbot that tells you to email them about problems, emails that they never respond to. Ever. Look up their address and see where it lands. On a co-working space site. Their phone numbers are all either disconnected or de-listed. Give it a try. Call them. They are not recognized by the Better Business Bureau. DS Laboratories is flagged by everyone who has come across their shady disreputable scam operation. Go ahead and verify for yourself. Dead Phone Lines. NO response from emails. NO response on chat. Bunch of classic FL Crooks. 1) Their address is at a co-working space available to anyone who walks in and gives them a few bucks 2) Phone numbers are deal lines 3) Fake 100% Satisfaction Guarantee claims. Call a dead line. Email them and no reply. This is a Shell Company. There is nothing legitimate about DL Laboraties. Someone should shut them down immediately. Another Florida raquet story …………. cons…………. DS Laboratories ring every single flag of being a fraud.

Deceptive Trade Practices. Advertised Ketoconazole on the website, but delivered a product without it. Customer support (Ticket #88675) is unhelpful. Seeking a refund due to fraud (i.e., Merchandise Not as Described).

This company charged me nearly $100 for an unauthorized renewal, and as soon as the payment went through on my PayPal, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel it since the order hadn’t even been shipped yet. My request was denied. I hadn’t even received any notice about the renewal. This is absurd. you’re thieves! I will never order anything from this company again and I will share this experience across all social media.

I can’t speak for these people who have received broken items which has nothing to do with the quality of the product. I will say, however, I have been using these religiously for close to 10 years and they have made an extreme difference in the density of my hair. My partner said to me at one point back then, “…we’re gonna have to come up with an exit plan for your head…” looking at my thinning crown …well guess what?! that is no longer an issue and this really has been the only product I’ve been using so I can just say it has certainly worked for me!

Wish I checked the reviews before buying. They supposedly shipped the hair serum, it got sent back by UPS, and the store never replied beyond the initial message telling me to “click on the ups link”. Could simply be a scam.
