Don’t waste your time — none of the jobs matched my profile, I just wasted my time.

Dscout doesn't allow researchers to launch a screener for non US based participants and partner panels without their review which takes time and unnecessarily delays the launch of a study. It's as if they don't trust the researchers and micromanage each and every question in the screener. I have requested them to remove this review a million times, but everytime I launch a screener, it takes atleast two days for them to review and finally launch.

I can honestly say that this platform is a game changer. I’ve been using the dscouts for months and the customer service is great and real people actually email and talk to you if there is an issue with a project or a survey that you are doing. It has allowed me to make extra income for myself. I love it! Thank you!

Overall, I've had great experience with Dscout, the high incentives make me want to provide great feedback and work for the missions. However, I've had some instances this year where I was invited to missions that were cancelled without notices after signing contracts and sharing information, which is very frustrating. I have not received any help from Dscout with these issues and communication with the mission leaders as well as Dscout professionals is not good. This needs to be seriously improved because it feels like we have no support.

So I have heard some folks talk about a series of Positive Review spams on Trustpilot for this app recently. Looking it up, yep, pretty much a series of spams have ran from July 23-24, 2026. As a user for 2 years, I have noticed how their behaviors have changed for the worse: harder to get quick missions, clunky app that is prone to crash, and now we have a promotion 'invite' new user feature. I have 2 friends who also uses it, one of them was eliminated because the researcher flagged one of their image as 'AI' when they shows the image in multiple angles - Dscout didn't repeal the ban. They have also rolled out buggy AI missions where you are forced to work with the AI to complete it, which thankfully have become less. They are also adding in missions with gift card rewards, too. Many of these mission types are being pushed back, and Trustpilot was a place to air grievances and complaints they have long ignored; now, they are trying to drown it out. It is better irregular income source than most, but the way the app and the company are heading, they are trying to recruit as many users as possible so they can burn them out faster when a researcher find an excuse to flag them. They needs to change.

Paid quickly, and a great daily way to add a little extra money to your life. I do it on the subway on my way to work!

Dscout,is a great platform for earning side gig money. I average $150 a month for the projects I have done For Dscout.
