Drum Beats OnlineReviews of drumbeatsonline.com

DBO Academy is just what I needed to get me drumming. The excellent, progressive lessons are short but pack a punch. I’ve enjoyed it for a month and feel like I’ve had a great start toward my drumming goals. An added bonus to the lessons is the community of other students. It’s fun to read and post small victories and share encouragement. This has been worth the cost already and I’m only 1/12th of the way done with my first year!

Such a well thought-out, comprehensive, easy-to-follow, engaging, and all around fun course! Gabe has done such a great job with his program, and I hope more people follow suit on other instruments!!

This course works! I started out never even hitting a drum pad in my life. The lesson plan really walks you thru the right steps to keep improving. I began the course and decided to stop after 4 months. I wanted to work on my speed and learn how to play some songs. I enrolled agin in this course bc I know it will take me to the next level. I can now play most of the beats 120-150 bpm’s. It doesn’t take me long to learn new beats. I’ve also added about a dozen songs I can play. This course is far better than I ever expected. I’m excited to see where this course will take me! Thanks Gabe!

DBO Academy has helped me to learn at a quick pace. The lesson structure allows for easy understanding and quick progression as long as you put in the time. I still have yet to get one on one lessons with an instructor, but I’m sure that’s gonna help me level up even more. I’m loving DBO Academy and plan to stay for the long haul.

So nice to be able to complete lessons at anytime!

After having tried Drumeo as well as other online drums academies U must say DBO Academy is the online teaching method which has helped me most to improve my drumming. Video-lessons are short and direct enough to not be boring; and practice-videos allow you to practice the different beats and fills in different velocities (by changing the video speed) playing then along until its internalization. The organisation of the page is quite intuitive too; and most important, there is a quick feedback from the teachers to your questions, comments, and the videos you upload playing. There is also a community that allows you to chat to other drummers around the world. I only miss an App to access easily and to be separated from the different web pages you can have one in the searcher. Congratz, DBO team!

Drum Beats Online is an awesome course and I’m extremely lucky to have found it. The lessons are terrific in that they range from day-one basics to extremely advanced techniques for all levels of drummers. I’ve received alot of compliments from friends who can’t believe that I’ve been playing drums for such a short period of time. Thanks a million Gabe!

DBO Academy is by far the best on line drum instruction. Very well explained lesson content with demonstrations in the lesson at different tempos and a target tempo to shoot for to be very familiar with the grooves or rudiment. Lessons are for beginner to advanced. Everyone will learn from the classes. Excellent staff with great feedback to help keep you motivated. I highly recommend DBO Academy.
