I think that if I could get past everything that has happened in my life maybe one day I could function in a open, trusting fulfilling life again. I fully believe in these principles and the way of teaching them. Once a person gets stuck or frozen, the ability to return is not easy. These techniques provide relief and for that I am grateful.

I mostly appreciated the length of each interview.Not toooooo long to where you've forgotten the beginning. I heard many things I knew about in ways that were easy to understand. I heard new things that blew my mind; light therapy and estrogen for older women!!!

There were so many great speakers and information. Why I always purchase the summit so that can go back and refresh what I heard. In the beginning it was tricky in how to open and find the Links. Once I figured it out it was great.
