Prada Nylon Tote Verbal Authentication Had the fastest turnaround time for verbal authentication of a Prada nylon tote I was going to buy online. I paid the amount required to have a certification of originality, but I have not been contacted by your staff to send you photos of the object or a Hermes belt of which I would like to know if it is authentic or not.

We requested pictures of Data Matrix tag, and you explicitly said there was none. The tag was just one of many criteria we used to authenticate it, and we gave you the verdict that the bag was counterfeit. After that, you wanted to substitute it with another bag without paying. We could not accommodate your request because the fee you paid was for authentication of one item only.
