I don’t know if they can authenticate…
I don’t know if they can authenticate other brands but I’m absolutely sure they cannot authenticate Gucci bags: they said fake on my marmont , but other 4 reliable authenticators, including entrupy said authentic; dr runway never admitted their mistake and never refunded, people don’t ask them authenticate Gucci, you just loose your money Now I editing my review because I got reply from dr runway here!! It’s absolutely unacceptable how they could tell to me that I’m seller of fakes!!!😭 I’m buyer actually!! and how dr runway believe to be better than entrupy, and better than others, to be able authenticate superfakes, its absolutely ridiculous 😂 entrupy at least offer financial guarantee but You just kept my payment and never refunded, I’m texting here hoping that other people will know about your scam behaviour!!!

Since you mentioned Entrupy, please go to their website and read the fine print carefully. Entrupy openly claims that their accuracy is 99.1% only. Therefore, statistically, they fail to detect 9 counterfeit bags out of 1,000 bags authenticated. These 9 bags they fail to detect are superfakes which we believe we are the only authenticator who can identify them. Because one of your buyers authenticated your item with us and it was deemed counterfeit, you tried to write this review to damage our reputation. However, our clients know that we have been in luxury resale business for a long time, and they know that our verdicts are as accurate as can be. EDITED: We found no record of a customer named Dan Wang from Russia in our database. Our genuine customer should have thanked us that in exchange for a very small fee ($10) we helped them from falling victim to the unscrupulous seller who tried to scam them.
