They couldn't authenticate and instead of a refund they offered me another authentication in return

Thank you for your feedback. According to our no-refund policy as displayed clearly on our website, we are unable to issue any refund. There is also a checkbox which you must tick to confirm that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions before placing your order. The following is an excerpt of our no-refund policy: "All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we will issue store credit in exceptional circumstances where we decide that authenticity cannot be accurately determined from the pictures because of technical limitations."
