Hi Laurence, Thank you for the thoughtful review and for being a valued partner since 2021! Four years is a significant relationship, and we truly appreciate your continued trust in us. We're glad to hear that our reliable service, quick responses, and same-day shipping are supporting your Shopify lingerie business. Honesty and dependability are cornerstones of how we work, so it means a lot to know we're delivering on those. You've raised an important point about transitioning to new contact persons. We hear you, and we're actively working on improving our handoff process to ensure continuity and minimize the need for you to re-explain your business needs. Your feedback helps us improve our ability to maintain seamless communication across our team. Thank you for the recommendation and for your help in improving our service. We look forward to continuing to support your business for many more years. Best regards.

Hi Scott, Thank you so much for the kind words! Hearing that you don't see yourself working with another team is one of the highest compliments we could receive. We believe that great customer service means genuinely looking for solutions when challenges come up. Your e-commerce business deserves a fulfillment partner who's willing to be creative and collaborative, not one that just says "no" at the first hurdle. We're grateful for your trust. Thank you for letting us be part of your success. Best regards.
