We received a shipment of pods we did not order. Checked the website to see if we had a subscription. We did not. The shipment was unsolicited and Dropps refused to reimburse us for all the cost of their mistake. They won't budge on shipping and handling, but having a long history of taking responsibility for my mistakes, this is not good business. Just be warned

I ordered the orange blossom fabric softener and the odor reducer. I enjoyed both products. I thought I would try a different scent so I ordered the fresh and clean in the laundry detergent as well as fabric softener. I am very sensitive to smells and this gave me a giant headache. I tried to contact customer service several times via email as well as a voicemail and still haven't heard back. Fresh and clean. Not only gave me a headache but after a week my laundry smells like throw up. It has the worst scent. And sadly I'm stuck with it because I can't get any response other than and AI response that tells me if I've opened the package there's no returns. I wish I would have ordered it on Amazon. That way I at least could have returned it. Don't waste your time with this company while their products might be okay. The customer service isn't worth it.

They are the absolute worst. You cannot talk to them on the phone. They refuse to refund an order that shows it was returned by On Trac. It is a joke. No one calls back. No phone number. Only email. Don't do it. Too frustrating.

The product is fine. I've used it for years. The website and the subscription service absolutely suck. Try to change the date on your upcoming shipment? Good luck. It just changes it to an instant purchase and sends it out immediately. And the stupid Shopify program saves your credit card info, despite half a dozen requests to delete. It's a shame, really. I like the product, but the ordering absolutely sucks.
