DropguysReviews of dropguys.com

Case fits great, feels good, and looks awesome!

I purchased this case for my young adult son who is in his first year at college. I was looking for a case that was slim enough to allow him to easily insert his phone in his pocket yet would still afford his phone with optimal protection against drops. He was so pleased with thus case.

Over the years I've tried many different iPhone cases. Drop Guys is far and away the best. It's easy to install and its design is very sleek. From now on this is the only case I'll use.

Similar experience to others - terrible customer service. When inquired about the status of the order got an automated email which said they would respond within 24 hrs. No response. I sent another email 3 days later and no automated email this time. Tried the live chat which only pulls up the order and then provides no additional information.

Total satisfaction with quality of products and customer service, is what prompted me to rate the purchases a five star experience and write this review.

I saw dropguys on a website review and was hopeful it was going to be a good case. Well I have no idea because I ordered it on 12-20-24 and as of 12-30-24 I have a UPS tracking number but when I check, UPS hasn’t received the case yet. I went in to do a refund and told them to cancel the order. They’re trying to charge me $6 for the return and I have to pay for shipping back to them on an item I haven’t even received. Unacceptable. When you email they are not responsive either. Do not buy from them.

The case for my iPhone pro is awesome. Perfect fit and durability & feel in your hand is perfect! Highly recommend buying

The product is very high-quality, the case has a very nice tactile feel to it. Being a clear case, it does not obscure the iPhone. The screen protector seems very high-tech, you just have to be meticulous if not getting a speck of dust between the protector and the phone screen, otherwise you get an air bubble. It's not horrible as once your screen "lights up," you can't see the bubbles. But the protection is there!
